Toha Ardi Nugraha, received the B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University, Indonesia, in 2011 and the M.Eng. degree in IT Convergence Engineering from Kumoh National Institute of Technology, South Korea, in 2014. He has worked at R&D Centre, PT. Telkom Indonesia from 2000 to 2012, as a research assistant, and participated in the FP7 FREEDOM project funded by European Commission. Since 2016, He joined at Department of Electrical Engineering, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia, as a lecturer. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Telecommunication Engineering at Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic. His Ph.D. thesis is focused on Device-to-Device Communications in cellular networks. His research interest includes Wireless and Mobile Networks, Device-to-Device Communication, Small Cells, and Internet of Things.
