Emre Gures received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Istanbul University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2017, and the M.Sc. degree in telecommunication engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, in 2020. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the Department of Telecommunication Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. His current research interests include in mobility management, handover, load balancing, and resource allocation.
